When you order a spell from us, you’re stepping into a process crafted with care, distinct from the rushed offerings on platforms like Fiverr or Etsy.

Here’s what happens when you place your order:

🕯️ The Typical Process

  • Order Placement: Once you order your spell, you’ll SEE notes detailing your next steps, typically instructing you to send your information and photos to the email address provided. We won’t rush you or push you to send this over, but we will be waiting for you to send us an email before we begin the process. Please note that if you order this in advance, your order will always remain in the system. Some of our long-term clients will order a service, and will come back many months later with the petition and details. Your order is safe and will not disappear.
  • Review Period: We take about a day to review your request, assessing your needs and possibly asking additional questions to refine the intent.
  • Spellcaster Assignment:
    • We select the best practitioner from our team to cast your spell, adding it to our spellcaster action list. With 10 to 15 spells often waiting in line, we prioritize when the energy feels right. We’re telling you this because it might be several nights before your spellcaster can begin your spell. Due to the care we take in spellcasting, we do not rush, and so it could be sometimes a week before they have time to do your spell.
    • On the night they are about to perform your spell, they don’t feel well or don’t feel energetically charged, they will not do your spell. We do not rush around here.
    • IMPORTANT – we totally understand this process is exciting and you’ve waited all the time to order a spell and you’re excited to get the outcome.
      • Please do not ask the admin staff when and who is casting your spell. They will not know, because once the spell is assigned to the spellcaster, it’s up to the spellcaster when they cast the spell. To reach out to the spellcaster and ask them what are they up to? ..is really disrespectful and time-consuming.  This really does take a lot of admin time. And so our admin staff have been told not to answer such questions.
      • Please trust that we are following our system, and to make it faster for everyone, please wait until the spell is cast and you’ll receive the report.
  • Casting: Unlike instant services, we don’t pump out spells overnight—spellcasting demands consideration and preparation for each client. If the night’s energy isn’t aligned, we wait, ensuring the ritual’s potency. Our spells, drawn from the Book of Shadows, are cast in a single session, though some on our sister site, Black Witch Coven, span multiple days with follow-up offerings to the elements we honor.
  • Report Preparation: After casting, we write your report, typically 3 to 5 days later, taking about an hour to detail the process and results. This is emailed to you, ranging from a brief note to a detailed account based on the spell’s physical signs.
  • Timeline:
    • Allow up to 2 weeks for the full process, as we work Monday to Friday—witches need rest too! However, if there is time to cast the spell sooner, we will absolutely do so. Sometimes, depending on the energy or the day, and if the spellcaster works with planetary magic, somebody who ordered a love spell after somebody who ordered a money spell, and it happens to be Thursday, then the money spell would be cast on the Thursday, and the love spell maybe cast on the Friday.  But once again please don’t ask us when specifically your spell will be cast and who is casting it. It really does take a lot of time out of the admins day.
    • For complex spells, we may advise ordering again, with guidance included in your report.

We do not work on weekends, allowing our witches the rest they need to maintain their focus and spiritual clarity. * Hoodoo uses roots, herbs, minerals, and personal items to work magic. Hoodoo is a conjure craft, a blend of African roots and American resilience, wielding herbs, spirits, and intent for love, protection, or curses—our kind of rebellious magic.

**Mangkukulam is a practitioner of kulam, a form of black magic involving curses, hexes, and rituals to harm others. This term comes from Indigenous Filipino folk religions, where such witches are seen as opposed to shamans who heal, as noted in web discussions on Asian witchcraft.

**** An Aamil (sometimes spelled Amil) is a practitioner of Islamic occult arts, often associated with sihr or related practices like talisman-making and spiritual healing & is skilled in manipulating supernatural forces, including jinn or divine names. Aamils were seen as individuals who used sihr—ranging from healing to cursing—drawing on Quranic verses, astrological knowledge, or jinn invocation.

***** Alexandrian Witchcraft is a Wiccan tradition, blending lunar magic, ceremonial tools, and a touch of rebellion. Worshiping the divine masculine and feminine, with a focus on balance and polarity. It adheres to the Wiccan Rede (“An it harm none, do what ye will”) , but accepts cursing experiments—like hexing a critic, to protect yourself or your family above all.

****** Gardnerians worship a dual deity structure—the Horned God and the Triple Goddess—embodying nature’s cycles. They adhere to the Wiccan Rede (“An it harm none, do what ye will”) and the Rule of Three, believing magic returns threefold. They see magic as a sacred act, tied to the Wheel of the Year, with rituals honoring solstices and sabbats. Gardnerians cast circles with an athame, invoking the God and Goddess, often skyclad. They focus on healing, protection, and love spells, using tools like the pentacle and wand.

The difference between us and others:

  1. It’s important to note that to reach a spellcasting level takes years of study and practice, before they can offer their services to other people. This is a difference between us and other spellcasters you might find on sites such as Esty or Fiverr etc.
  2. While most spell casters will not show their faces, and may choose a different witchcraft name, this is for reasons both for privacy, and to have their own witchcraft name. People purchasing our services must know that our Coven has been in the public eye for over 20 years. Our main website began as one of the first coven’s brave enough to explain our services on the Internet and YouTube. 
  3. We will never upsell you.There is no bait and switch marketing when it comes to any of our offerings. What you see is what you get. For example you’re not going to buy a love spell at $49, only to be told that you will need to pay an extra X amount in order for the spell to be better. The price you see is the price you pay. 
  4. We do not keep any of your information or provide your information to any other person. Once a year, we clear out our whole system, both to help respect your privacy and to protect us from keeping specific spells available should one-day witchcraft be banned again. Don’t laugh, with the political environment, right now I wouldn’t be surprised if witches are put back on a pole!
  5. We will never threaten you or cast a spell on you because you didn’t do something we said. We are very aware of other practitioners calling back to clients and saying if they don’t buy additional services they will do something to them. When you get to know us and understand our Ethics, this is something we would never ever do. 
  6. Because witchcraft is becoming so popular, quite often, when somebody realises there could be a witch casting a spell on them from somebody they have had a falling out from, they will reach out to someone like us to ask if we are doing work against them. Even if we are/were, we would never tell. We have extreme loyalty to our clients. And plus it would piss off the gods and be so disrespectful okay making us look stupid, to take on to clients working against each other. We don’t play these games
