What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping is FREE across the USA. Standard shipping costs are calculated for all other countries, according to weight.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently accept Paypal on all orders. However, should you require a larger order, email or call for other payment options
How long will delivery take?
We pack your products on the day of your order. Shipping will take between 2 to 5 business days in the USA. It can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for international orders, generally due to customs holding onto orders longer than what we like!
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Yes. Your shopping experience is 100% safe with us. We use the latest in technology to ensure our site is safe. We use Paypal for our shopping cart, due to their security.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you order, we will revise your order and ensure your products can be shipped immediately. If something doesn't make sense, we will email you and ask.
