We do our very best to get back to you as quickly as possible, however we only work Monday to Friday. If you order over the weekend you won’t hear from us until Monday.

Shipping

We do our very best to get your orders out within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Remember that some products that are made in house, maybe in some process of bottling or preparation. Not everything is done instantly, as we don’t have a huge outside staff because everyone who works with us is an active member of our coven. We do this because we handle very private and sensitive information (in spell casting), and do not wish to hire a lot of outsiders who could share your personal information.

Delivery times can very from 3 days up to 8 days depending on where you live in the USA. Once the package leaves our door we cannot control the way which postal services control your package. If you have a note written on your order we will do our best to write it on the box, but as we don’t personally deliver the package, we cannot control if this message is read. So do you be aware of this because we do not take responsibility for what the Post man reads all doesn’t read.

Delivery times may be longer during the holiday season. Natural disasters will also affect delivery times and this is outside of our control as well.

We do not charge extra for shipping, we just charge the fee that is put on the us by the shipping companies.

FREE Shipping

We do offer free shipping over $100 spent. This is limited to the USA only, and does not include the states of Hawaii or Alaska, which has expensive shipping. We reserve the right to refund you or Share with you the shipping cost involved with sending this product to you in these states.

Unfortunately, as we do keep shipping expenses to the exact cost charge to us, we cannot pay for shipping internationally, and I’m sure you appreciate the reason for this. Our aim is to keep our Prices as low as possible for everyone.

Tracking Numbers:

Items coming from our new Orleans or Las Vegas office, will come with a tracking number that is automatically sent to you. Items coming from our warehouse do not come with an automatic tracking number, but you are more than Welcome to ask, and we will give it to you once the goods are packaged and sent. This won’t happen at the exact moment you order the stock because the goods haven’t been packaged at that time.

Wrong Address:

It happens at times, maybe you put down the wrong address, or maybe the postman sent it to a neighbour who doesn’t give it to you. This is frustrating, especially when you have a shitty neighbour. Also, other scumbags may steal the package from your porch.

We provide a tracking number( if you desire). You can follow this tracking number to see where your package is going. If the package says it is delivered, there is nothing more we can do about it. Remember our responsibility ends once the package leaves our hands and enters the hands of the postage services.

If you give us the wrong address, And the package is returned to us, we are happy to resend this package to you, however you will need to re-pay for the postage. If the package goes missing completely, and the tracking indicates it was delivered, you will need to re-purchase your good once again.

International shipping:

The onus is on you to understand what is legal to come into your country. If products get stopped at customs, and they destroy the products, we will not pay or refund or resend these products to you.

Singapore is notorious for rejection of occult goods. They are known to smash goods and return it if they feel like it is black magic. So if you are from Singapore and you order from us, just know that this is a possibility and we do not take responsibility for the actions of your customs. Just as a story, one client bought over $400 worth of Baphomet altar products. Singapore customs smashed the large altar piece, destroyed all the herbs and incense products, and the other tools in the package, then they repackage the box and returned it to us. They are trying to send us a message, unfortunately for them we just don’t care what they think about our products. Unfortunately for you the client in Singapore, this is a risk that you need to decide on when ordering from us.

Important to remember:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • We do not accept returned goods – all sales are final
