Ingredients: Herbs Anise – to maintain and regain youth. Sage – to help manifest the desire. Bay Leaf – to instill strength. Cinnamon – to attain success. *Rosemary – to strengthen your focus Nutmeg – to maintain your health. Allspice – to promote healing. Candles** A Red – for energy, health, and vitality. A yellow candle – for focus, mental strength, and clarity. An orange candle – for good health, weight loss, and self-esteem. A mogo/gris gris bag to place the ingredients above! *Rosemary is a key ingredient in all of my beauty work. A personal tip, is that I put rosemary on my temples every single day. ** Alternatively to coloured candles, I will often just use a black candle for everything. Method: Firstly you must think about your goal. Write it down on a small piece of paper, that will be folded up and placed inside your Mojo. Think of the intention during this time. One by one, light each candle saying your goal, and allowing the wax to drip over the herb, and the petition. Add a drop of your blood, or an alcoholic beverage to the herb as well, and then place it all inside the Mojo bag and seal well. You should wear this bag at all times unless you are showering, as you do not get the Mojo bag wet. If you would like more of a cathartic process you should write down your challenges from the previous month, and also write down how you plan to correct your lifestyle to meet your goals. You should use the energy of the moon to remove the negative or toxic elements of your subconscious that are failing you, and you should request the energy of the full moon to create a positive new charge towards fulfilling your desires.
